WR 9U BLUE makes the most of six hits in 5-3 victory over the Tri County Rangers

 

WR 9U BLUE and the Tri County Rangers had no shortage of baserunners on Saturday, but it was WR 9U BLUE that was able to take advantage, pulling out a 5-3 win at Myrtle Beach.
The Tri County Rangers out-hit WR 9U BLUE seven to six, but the Tri County Rangers stranded eight runners on base.

WR 9U BLUE was paced by the production of Colby Gallimore, who reached base two times. He scored one run and had one RBI. Gallimore tripled in the third inning.


Robbie racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Tri County Rangers. Robbie homered in the third inning and singled in the first and sixth innings.

Matt Willadsen threw two innings of scoreless ball for WR 9U BLUE.
Jake DeFranco, Gallimore, Koen Moreno, and Penn Sealey each got hits for WR 9U BLUE. Sealey led the team with two hits.

WR 9U BLUE jumps on Momentum early and coasts to 11-1 win

WR 9U BLUE jumped out to an early lead on Momentum and captured an 11-1 victory on Saturday at Myrtle Beach.  With 11 runs in the first three innings, WR 9U BLUE secured a shortened game win.
An RBI double by Christian Schmidt and a wild pitch in the first inning fueled WR 9U BLUE's offense early.

Schmidt racked up two RBIs on two hits for WR 9U BLUE.

Koen Moreno and Carter Holjes each threw one inning of scoreless ball for WR 9U BLUE.
